Horsley Construction Group, Inc. was established in 2017 by owner Mike Horsley after fifteen years in insurance repair and the construction industry. We specialize in commercial renovation, design-build remodeling, and disaster recovery after a natural disaster. We also take pride in our extensive knowledge of many types of roofing and coating systems.

Mike Horsley, CEO

Mike founded Horsley Construction on Godly principles and holds his team to a high standard for any and every job. A former pastor of 12 years along with 15 years of experience in the restoration and construction business, Mike believes that Jesus is the center and his drive for business and a passion for others have been what has made Horsley Construction so successful. His desire to make Jesus known and to do everything he can to further the Kingdom helps to drive the company forward. He has a keen business mind and a gracious spirit and is quick to make sure that every project performed is to the highest standard possible in any and every situation.

Joe Moseley, Management Team

Joe has been with Horsley Construction for 6 years. He managed the project Holiday Inn Select after Hurricane Michael and currently manages the rebuild of Kaleidoscope Theater and McLeod’s Glass and Supply. Joe is a recently retired military veteran (Sargent Major) of 24 years active duty service time. He managed operations for a 420 personnel squadron and spent 13 years in special operations which includes logistical planning and building training facilities for foreign nations.

Aaron Gomillion, Management Team

Aaron has been with Horsley Construction for 6 years. Aaron comes to us from a background as an owner of a local construction business for 6 years and brings over 20 years experience in construction renovation to our team. He has managed and completed over 100 projects since Hurricane Michael and has been a huge asset to Horsley Construction. Aaron is currently the Project Manager over Book that Condo.

Ralph Hart, Estimator

Ralph has been with Horsley Construction for over a year. He comes to us with 30 years of experience ranging from project management to superintendent overseeing restoration and rebuilding of many commercial projects. His experience with disaster relief projects ranges from churches to office complexes and businesses. He is an enormous asset to our team. Ralph is currently the Project Manager over Strategy One.

Tim Brown, Project Superintendent

Tim comes to Horsley Construction with a background in remodeling and construction. He has 9 years of experience in construction with several years of experience with an apprenticeship as an electrician. He is currently the project Superintendent alongside Joe at Kaleidoscope and McLeod’s Glass and Supply.

Trevor Horsley, Project Superintendent

Trevor has been with Horsley Construction for 3 years. He is certified as an EMT and serves as the OSHA-certified representative for our company. Trevor currently serves alongside Aaron as the Project Superintendent for Book that Condo.
